Return & Refund Policy

At Noctura, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless specific protection has been purchased at checkout or you receive the wrong item.

Incorrect Items Only

If you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • You must provide:
    • Order number or proof of purchase
    • Clear photo or video evidence showing the incorrect item

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping Protection

All issues related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery-related problems

are only covered if Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.

If you did not purchase shipping protection, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during shipping.

Protection-Based Coverage

Additional coverage is only available if purchased at checkout:

a) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If purchased, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

  • Item must be returned to our warehouse
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refund is issued after inspection

b) Lifetime Warranty

If purchased, this covers product breakage only.

  • Applies to functional damage only, not cosmetic wear
  • Item may need to be returned for inspection
  • Replacement may be provided at our discretion

Important:

  • Lifetime warranty does not include refunds
  • Valid only while Noctura is in operation

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Damage (without shipping protection)
  • Lost or stolen items (without shipping protection)
  • Change of mind (without 30-day guarantee)
  • Incorrect size or variant selected
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Packaging damage
  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Banks may take additional time to post funds
