Thank you for shopping with Noctura. The following Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery times are typically between 7–30 business days. However, due to high demand, international transit, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control, delivery may take up to 50 business days.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that shipping may take up to 50 business days in certain circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, where available. Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability to receive the package.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
